Starting your own business can be a frustrating and trying experience if you are unsure of the process and if you don’t know what you want your business to achieve. There are literally countless options for the entrepreneurs of today, and choosing the business that’s right for them can be a tough decision to make. GreatBizIdeas.org came about because there is not a lot of information available online about great business ideas, and it is the goal of this website to change that.

Everyone has an idea for a business, but we all know that taking an idea and expanding upon it, fleshing it out, and bringing it from an idea to a product is much different than just having an idea. Because of this we feel that many entrepreneurs prematurely abandon their dreams and ambitions because they quickly became overwhelmed by the choices and decisions that they needed to make.

This is when we realized what we needed to do:

It is the goal of GreatBizIdeas.org to offer quality, well thought out business models and ideas that are both feasible and likely to become profitable. We will conduct a fair amount of research, market analysis, and product speculation so that our visitors may be able to turn our idea into a functioning business.

For those who are just visiting GreatBizIdeas.org for the first time there are a few things that you should know:

  1. Updated regularly - GreatBizIdeas.org is updated Monday-Friday, and each post is relevant and will relate to business somehow.
  2. RSS feeds - Add our RSS feed to your reader so that you can read the latest post when it’s put online.
  3. Business ideas - Each week we will focus on a new idea, and the posts made for that week will all be relevant towards that weeks business idea. There may be some exceptions to this rule in the coming future, but generally you can expect to learn more about the business idea as we flesh it out.
  4. Experience - The staff behind GreatBizIdeas.org are all working their own businesses, both online and offline, and are speaking from experience when they begin to flesh out or propose a new business idea.
